Condos will now be at 957 N. Beach St. I do not look at them as a negative but more like inevitable. For me, however, that shop's ghosts will forever be on that corner, no matter how much landscaping and stucco they erect.
I just hope the new residents realize that in May of each year, we are counting on the 'haunting' trace sounds of dynos (devices to measure horsepower) in the air....
