Anyone who keeps going on about Stoner's supposed "lack" of a diagnosis needs to first look up "overtraining" - a well known syndrome in which an athlete enters a prolonged catabolic state, for which the only cure is rest. Then look up "catabolic state" if they don't know what that means. A little analogy for the non-athlete: "overtraining" is to "fatigue" as "major depressive disorder" is to "sadness."
And then read this, if they still believe that if Big Pharma doesn't have a pill for something, it can't be real.
